Where philosophy becomes practice

My areas of practice and study include Āsana, Prāṇāyāma, meditation, and mantra.

Āsana invites us to develop strength, stability, mobility, balance, and awareness within the body.

Prāṇāyāma brings attention to the breath and its relationship with regulation, concentration, and inner experience.

Meditation creates an opportunity to observe the mind, develop steadiness, and cultivate sustained attention.

Mantra uses sound, repetition, and focused awareness as a contemplative practice.

Each offers a different doorway into Yoga. The purpose is not simply to perform a technique, but to develop a more refined relationship with oneself.
